How far in advance should I place my order?
Minimum 48 hour notice is preferred.
Please select your desired date/time at check-out. If date/time is unavailable, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders are not confirmed until we have responded and accepted your request. For custom pick-up times or questions please email figandivycharcuterie@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
What are your certifications?
Fig and Ivy Charcuterie is fully licensed and insured, and Food Safety Manager Certified. We process all of our boards and boxes in a commercial kitchen in Eden Prairie, MN.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pick-up is at our commercial kitchen, located at:

Do you do delivery?
Delivery is available to limited cities in the metro area for $25. For additional delivery options please contact us to inquire. figandivycharcuterie@gmail.com
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please advise at check out. We can accommodate special requests such as vegetarian, pork free, gluten free as long as it is noted. I will take the highest precautions to ensured your food is well cared for.
Serving tips?
It is always best to consume boards within 24 hours to maintain optimal freshness. All boards should remain refrigerated until serving. Remove boards from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving. Cheese tastes best at room temperature. Meats and cheeses should not be left out for more than two hours.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please email figandivycharcuterie@gmail.com 5 days before scheduled pick-up/delivery date for a full refund. 2-4 days prior 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for refund.
